MissPoppins® - Website Redesign
Miss Poppins is a website designed to promote the Miss Poppins app, a platform offering 24/7 parenting coaching, real-time answers, and community support. The app specifically targets mothers aged 25-40, providing them with expert advice and a strong support network.
As the UI/UX designer, my role was to redesign the website to not only highlight the features of the app but also to create a seamless and engaging user experience that aligns with the brand's identity. The goal was to make mothers feel supported and empowered throughout their visit, making it easy to understand the app's value and encouraging them to download and engage with it.
[ CHALLENGE ]

The main challenge in this project was to complete the redesign within a tight one-week deadline, which involved updating six different pages. The original website had an overwhelming amount of information but lacked a cohesive brand identity, making it difficult for users to navigate and fully understand the value of the Miss Poppins app.

[ SOLUTION ]

To meet the one-week deadline, I quickly prioritized key elements through rapid wireframing and content organization. I streamlined the information into digestible sections, highlighting essential features like 24/7 coaching and community support.

To strengthen the brand identity, I used a soothing color palette and friendly typography, while simplifying navigation across the six pages. I ensured visual consistency.

About Project
00

I tackled the problem of a poorly organized website that overwhelmed users with too much content and lacked emotional connection. I redesigned the Miss Poppins website to promote the app more effectively, improving navigation, simplifying content, and creating a cohesive brand identity to drive app downloads and better engage the target audience.

Design Process
0.0

In this two-week project, I tried my best to include the main UI/UX design process. I began by setting goals, analyzing competitors, and researching the target audience. Next, I focused on visual analysis, creating a mood board, and developing the color palette and brand book. From there, I led to the final stage where I designed the UI kit, landing page, and subpages.

Persona & Mood Board
1.0

This persona represents Emma Collins, a 35-year-old working mom who needs quick, reliable parenting support that fits into her busy schedule. The mood board reflects Miss Poppins' core values of support, trust, and warmth through a calming pastel color palette and imagery focused on nurturing connections.

Color Palette & Wedsite Font
1.1

The color palette for Miss Poppins features calming shades of purple, gray, and white, creating a soothing and trustworthy feel. The primary font, Aksara Bali Galang, is paired with Sofia Sans as the secondary font, both offering a clean, approachable, and modern look, aligning with the brand’s values of support and reliability.

Information Architecture
2.1

I created a clear and organized information architecture to simplify the website’s navigation. This structure ensures easy access to important content and services, improving the overall usability of the site.

Wireframe
2.2

In this phase, I developed detailed wireframes to outline the structure and functionality of the Miss Poppins website. The wireframes focused on creating a clean, intuitive layout for key sections. This helped to visualize the placement of content, images, and navigation elements, ensuring that the user experience would be streamlined and user-friendly across all pages.

Final Design
3.0

In this process, I focused on redesigning Miss Poppins' website to better align with the brand’s goal of promoting its 24/7 parenting support app.

Starting with a thorough analysis of the existing site, I identified key areas for improvement, such as clearer messaging, enhanced navigation, and a more inviting user interface. I restructured the content to highlight the app’s core features—real-time support, answers, and connections—while integrating testimonials and trust signals to build credibility.

The new design also emphasized visual consistency with a calming color palette, and intuitive layouts, improving the user experience across both desktop and mobile platforms. The result was a more engaging, user-friendly website that effectively promotes the app and drives conversions.
